Mark Cerisano

Mark has been involved in musical theatre since he was a teenager. He was the Musical Director for Challenge’s production of South Pacific when he was 17 years old. He was also the Musical Director for Way Off Broadway’s productions of The Best of Times and Cruising Down to Rio.

He has performed in many musical orchestras including Grease, Westside Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Tradition Tradition, and 1642:The Montreal Story.

Mark has arranged music for many musicals including The Best of Times, Cruising Down to Rio, Les Miserables, Tradition-Tradition, West Island Story, Anna Governess of Siam, Alice in Wonderland, and 1642: The Montreal Story.

Original musical compositions include music for John Rennie’s production of Alice in Wonderland and 1642:The Montreal Story.

Mark has also written original scripts that include The Angels Told us So, Waiting for Jesus, and 1642:The Montreal Story.

Directing credits include The Angels Told Us So, Waiting for Jesus, The Promise, and 1642:The Montreal Story.

Mark has been working with Robert Adams since 2011.

In that time he has worked mostly as musical director – choosing keys, arranging music, providing instrumentation and directing musicians. In 2017 they worked together on 1642 The Montreal Story. Mark contributed as co-writer, composer, arranger, and co-director.
